• Step 3: The Blueprint & Expert Advice We get to work designing your network layout, spec'ing out your off-cloud security system, or building your custom hardware list. We deliver independent, unbiased advice so you can confidently take the next steps.

• Step 4: Honest Communication on "Scope Creep" Projects evolve, and that is completely normal! If you decide to add new rooms to a wiring plan or expand your smart home ecosystem mid-project, we will always pause and warn you about "scope creep." We will discuss exactly how the new additions affect the original quote before any extra work is done, ensuring you are never hit with a surprise bill.
