• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.

5. No Guarantees

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee, USA.

• You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

• Each party will bear its own costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
